Itinerary

Day 01 Arrival Jaipur – Bikaner:

Arrive at Jaipur and meet our representative at the railway station/airport. Get transferred to Bikaner, a vibrant dust-swirling desert town with fabulous structures. Check into the hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 02 Bikaner :

After breakfast, visit all the imposing sights: Junagarh Fort, Anup Mahal, Gaj Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Deshnok Temple and Sadual Museum. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03 : Bikaner-Jaisalmer :

After breakfast drive to Jaisalmer. This city is a giant sandcastle evoking magic and vibrancy. Unlike any other city, this desert fortress is most exotic and a burgeoning trade centre. On arrival, check in the hotel. Remainder of the day is at leisure; explore this balmy location. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04 : Jaisalmer:

After breakfast, check out from hotel to unveil Jaisalmer. Visit Jaisalmer Fort, Jain temple and havelis. On having visited all the famous jaunts, it’s time to take a drive in the enormous ‘Sam Sand Dunes,’a truly magnificent stretch of sweeping dunes, with sparse or no vegetation. Overnight stay in a tent.

Day 05 : Jaisalmer-Jodhpur :

After breakfast, check out from hotel and transfer to Jodhpur. Once there, check in the hotel. Have the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06 : Jodhpur :

After breakfast, take a full day sightseeing tour and visit Ummaid Bhawan Palace, Meharangarh Fort Mandor Garden and Jaswant Thada. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 07 : Jodhpur-Jaipur:

This morning get transferred to Jaipur, the city of victory, adorned with stunning hilltop forts and glorious palaces which fit like footprints from a rich royal past. Check in at hotel. If time permits visit Chokhi Dhani. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08 : Jaipur :

After breakfast, jaunt the imposing city sights: City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Birla Mandir, Hawa Mahal and Jal Mahal. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 09 : Jaipur – Departure.

After breakfast, depart to airport to board a flight back home.

Procedure to register your tour.

3.	Our customer service executive will process your tour request and will revert back to your with tour confirmation details in 48 hours.
4.	Your tour arrangement confirmation email will be sent to you along with online payment link.
5.	Kindly make the online payment online your valid credit card or debit card or through net banking. Take print out of payment receipt voucher.
6.	You can also make payment by depositing / transferring amount in our Axis Bank Ltd., Prabhadevi Branch - Account No. 060010200010760 . You can pay the tour price by the safe and simple direct telegraphic transfer. Any transaction charges levied by the bank will be borne by you.
7.	Kindly send the payment details to customer support desk on (email id) or contact customer support executive on our toll free number (number). We will verify your payment details and issue payment receipt.

Cancellation Procedure

All bookings for airlines/hotel accommodation/ground transportation are blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services are cancelled by us

The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to its departure without assigning any reason. The tour price paid by the guest shall be refunded by the Company by 'A/C payee' cheque against receipt only, and no compensation and/or interest shall be paid in any case.

Cancellation charges for any ticket / Air reservation are applicable as per the rules of airlines/railways. Air ticket cancellation charges for special fares if paid by the guest are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any refund payable will be returned to the guests after receipt of the refund from respective airlines/railways after deducting the processing charges.

The tour may be pre-poned/post-ponned by the company in certain circumstances which are beyond its control and in case the guest wishes to cancel the tour, Company will deduct minimum INR 15,000 for World tours and INR 5000 for Indian tours per head minimum or actual amount received, whichever is higher, as processing fees to meet the partial loss suffered and rest of the balance amount paid by the guests will be carried forward to their account to be utilized by guest within one year for any future booking with company

In case where full deposit is required to be paid in advance to enable us to confirm the reservation, no refund will be given if services are amended, cancelled or not utilized.

If the guest desires to cancel the tour due to any reason, they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract the cancellation charges given below

Refund procedure

All the refund will be paid to the guest by 'A/C payee' cheque only, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange within 60 days, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments were in part or whole in foreign currency. No refund will be payable, for any unused portion of the tour, due to whatsoever reason. No refund will be made in cash.
