Itinerary

Day 01: IXB Airport – Darjeeling (98km/3 hr)

Once you’ve arrived at IXB airport, get yourself transferred to a pre-booked hotel in Darjeeling. Today, being your first day, have the day at leisure: discover the many nuances of Darjeeling, which is popularly known as "Queen of the Hills". This rustic a haven was once a crumbling town only to be discovered by the Britishers to evolve it as one of the most beautiful jaunts of today. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.

Day 02: Darjeeling Sightseeing

At dawn (04:00 am), drive to Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft; worlds 3rd highest peak). On your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. Post breakfast, set off to see the city sites: Mountaineering Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (Thursday closed), Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self Help Centre (Sunday closed), Tea Garden (outer view) and Japanese Temple (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs). Evening is free for you to enjoy the languor brought in by this benign weather; you can explore the vicinity or simply go shopping.

Day 03: Darjeeling – Kalimpong (57km/2 ½ hr) Sightseeing

After breakfast, transfer to Kalimpong (4,100 ft.). On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Afternoon, enjoy half day tour of Kalimpong. Visit the Mangal Dham, Deolo Hill, Dr. Graham’s Home, Golf Garden, Durpin Dara Hills and Flower Nurseries. The remainder of the day is at leisure to absorb the chasteness of the panoramic down valley. Enriched with lush green forests and dense plantations of tea, this place is really marvellous and awe inspiring. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.

Day 04: Kalimpong – Gangtok (78km/3hr)

After breakfast, prepare yourself to go on a picturesque drive to Gangtok (5,480 ft.). With its sharp mountain ridges, pristine climate and mesmerising ambience this town has grown into an attractive tourist haunt. On arrival, check-in to your hotel. Have the remainder of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.

Day 05: Gangtok Local Sightseeing

Gangtok is the land of monasteries, thus today we see all the imposing city structures like the Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok & Hanuman Tok, Ranka Monastery, Banjakhri Falls, Cottage Industry, Dro-dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Flower Show and Handicraft Centre. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 06: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

Today, after breakfast, start for an excursion to Lake Tsomgo (12,400 ft.) and Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55km from Gangtok city. Overnight stay at Gangtok. (In case of Land slide or any other reason Tsomgo Lake is closed alternate sightseeing will be provided.)

Day 07: Gangtok – NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport (125km/4 hr)

After breakfast, check out from hotel and depart to IXB airport for your onward journey.

6.	You can also make payment by depositing / transferring amount in our Axis Bank Ltd., Prabhadevi Branch - Account No. 060010200010760 . You can pay the tour price by the safe and simple direct telegraphic transfer. Any transaction charges levied by the bank will be borne by you.

Cancellation Procedure

All bookings for airlines/hotel accommodation/ground transportation are blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services are cancelled by us

The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to its departure without assigning any reason. The tour price paid by the guest shall be refunded by the Company by 'A/C payee' cheque against receipt only, and no compensation and/or interest shall be paid in any case.

Cancellation charges for any ticket / Air reservation are applicable as per the rules of airlines/railways. Air ticket cancellation charges for special fares if paid by the guest are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any refund payable will be returned to the guests after receipt of the refund from respective airlines/railways after deducting the processing charges.

The tour may be pre-poned/post-ponned by the company in certain circumstances which are beyond its control and in case the guest wishes to cancel the tour, Company will deduct minimum INR 15,000 for World tours and INR 5000 for Indian tours per head minimum or actual amount received, whichever is higher, as processing fees to meet the partial loss suffered and rest of the balance amount paid by the guests will be carried forward to their account to be utilized by guest within one year for any future booking with company

In case where full deposit is required to be paid in advance to enable us to confirm the reservation, no refund will be given if services are amended, cancelled or not utilized.

If the guest desires to cancel the tour due to any reason, they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract the cancellation charges given below

Refund procedure

All the refund will be paid to the guest by 'A/C payee' cheque only, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange within 60 days, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments were in part or whole in foreign currency. No refund will be payable, for any unused portion of the tour, due to whatsoever reason. No refund will be made in cash.
