Terms and Conditions

Please read the important terms and conditions and general information very carefully. Payment of required booking amount along with your booking form or only payment is an acknowledgment of receipt of these terms and conditions and constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

DEFINATION

”Passenger/You/Guest” means the person/persons in whose name/on whose behalf booking or registration is made. Company/We/Us/Panoramic tour and travels Ltd

PAYMENT PROCEDURE

You can book your tour at any of our offices in Mumbai, Thane, Pune, or at any local Sales agents appointed by us.

Domestic and International Tours


Procedure to register your tour.
  1. Read carefully the itinerary, departure dates ,Terms and Conditions, payment procedure etc and Select your tour.
  2. Fill in the Registration form. Email registration form or contact us on toll free number.
  3. Pay the Registration amount. Balance payment will be paid 30 days before departure. However, in case airlines or any suppliers demand the full amount, we will request you to pay a certain portion of payment at the time of booking.
  4. For Non-Refundable airline ticket air ticket cost has to be paid fully.
  5. If you book the tour within 30 days to departure, the entire tour price has to be paid at the time of booking.
  6. Collect the official payment receipt on payment of the Registration amount which is 25% of tour price
  7. Dates for balance payment of tour price will be informed at the time of filling in details required for tour and submission of photo and other document list will be provided to you
Payments
  1. Payments can be made through local 'Account payee' cheques, Demand Drafts or by Cash.
  2. The Cheques/Demand Drafts for INR are to be made in favour of "Panoramic Holidays A/c Panoramic Tour and Travels Limited"
  3. Credit card/Debit card payments will be accepted with service charges.
  4. Foreign Exchange payment must be in favour of "Panoramic Tour and Travels Ltd".
  5. PAN is required to quote in case of cash payment in accordance with prevailing Income Tax rules.
  6. You can also make payment by depositing / transferring amount in our Axis Bank Ltd., Prabhadevi Branch - Account No. 060010200010760 . You can pay the tour price by the safe and simple direct telegraphic transfer. Any transaction charges levied by the bank will be borne by you
Booking from Sales Agent
  1. You must make the payment by Demand Draft / Cheque payable at the Agents location.
  2. Cash is not accepted by Agents.
  3. Ensure that you collect proper receipt of all payments.
  4. Incase the agent acknowledges the payment by his provisional receipt, the booking will be confirmed only when he forwards the same to us
Late Payment

If we do not receive the entire tour price payable to us 30 days prior to tour departure, we will not be able to process your booking and arrange your visas (in case of World tours). Your registration amount is likely to be forfeited and your booking stands automatically cancelled. Cheque payments will not be accepted 15 days prior to the tour departure. Any payments made 15 days prior to departure will have to be made by cash / Demand Draft for all tours. For Forex payment only demand draft will be accepted.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellation procedure



  • All bookings for airlines/hotel accommodation/ground transportation are blocked well in advance. We are liable to pay penalties to all our suppliers/vendors if these services are cancelled by us services are cancelled by us
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to its departure without assigning any reason. The tour price paid by the guest shall be refunded by the Company by 'A/C payee' cheque against receipt only, and no compensation and/or interest shall be paid in any case.
  • Cancellation charges for any ticket / Air reservation are applicable as per the rules of airlines/railways. Air ticket cancellation charges for special fares if paid by the guest are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any refund payable will be returned to the guests after receipt of the refund from respective airlines/railways after deducting the processing charges.
  • The tour may be pre-poned/post-poned by the company in certain circumstances which are beyond its control and in case the guest wishes to cancel the tour, Company will deduct minimum INR 15,000 for World tours and INR 5000 for Indian tours per head minimum or actual amount received, whichever is higher, as processing fees to meet the partial loss suffered and rest of the balance amount paid by the guests will be carried forward to their account to be utilized by guest within one year for any future booking with compan
  • In case where full deposit is required to be paid in advance to enable us to confirm the reservation, no refund will be given if services are amended, cancelled or not utilized.
  • If the guest desires to cancel the tour due to any reason, they shall make an application in writing to that effect within specified time limit along with the original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract the cancellation charges given below

Refund procedure

All the refund will be paid to the guest by 'A/C payee' cheque only, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange within 60 days, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments were in part or whole in foreign currency. No refund will be payable, for any unused portion of the tour, due to whatsoever reason. No refund will be made in cash.

NO REFUND

Most of the airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees and may carry higher cancellation penalties or may be non-refundable, nonendorsable and non-reroutable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that you obtain travel protection insurance including but not limited to trip cancellation delays, loss of deposit, medical expenses, loss of baggage and personal belongings, personal accidents and death. You must contact directly any travel insurance.

HEALTH REQUIREMENT

Health regulations for some countries may require proof of inoculations and/or vaccination certi.cate to be carried with you at all times throughout the entire tour. However you are strongly recommended to consult with you personal physician in this regard.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

All tour participants must be in possession of valid passport and visa as required by the country of your visit. You passport must be at least 6 months valid. Please check all your visa requirements, passports, health certi.cates, etc are in proper order at the time of booking. It is your personal responsibility for obtaining and verifying that all your travel documents are in order.

AIRLINE BAGGAGE REGULATION

Please consult directly with your international airline regarding the baggage allowance in economy class. It is your personal responsibility to pay any excess baggage to the airline.

REGISTRATION

The initial booking amount just ensures participation on the tour but does not entitle any services such as air tickets, visas, hotel accommodations, until the full payment has been received. If full payment is not paid in time, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking.

ITINERARY

The suggested itinerary is based on information & guidance from local agents/ hotels. The Itinerary is subject to change due to unavoidable circumstances. The Company reserves the unconditional right to refuse a booking/terminate a passenger on tour in event of unreasonable behaviour at any time.

HOTELS/ROOM

Our package prices are estimated according to the season of travel, and the chosen hotel/cruise category. We take utmost care in selecting the hotels keeping your comfort in mind. Most of the rooms have a private bath or shower and they may be located in the city center or away from the city center. Air-conditioning, central heating and other facilities are solely at the hotelier's discretion, dependent upon factors such as weather and local conditions etc. Triple rooms are not larger than twin rooms and the third bed is often a roll-away mattress put in a twin bedded room. Passengers will have to abide by the check-in and check-out time of the hotels.

Laundry, telephone, mini bar, alcohol, beverages, room service, recreational activities and excursions are all items of a personal nature and must be settled by the passengers directly before leaving the hotel, ship/cruise, restaurant or the concerned authority.

VALIDITY

All rates are valid till 31/03/2017.

JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law and all matters arising there from shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Mumbai.
